This is one of our most popular requests.. and finally the secret is out! Our sangria is made from scratch and we love creating it just as much as people love drinking it!

All you need is...

-A pitcher or dispenser

-Glasses (we like mason jars)

-Ice

- 1/2 Apple & 1/2 Orange or any of your favourite fruit (cut into slices)

-Orange juice (3/4 cup)

-Brown sugar (3-4tbs)

-Brandy (80ml)

-Red wine (750mls 0r 1 bottle)

Method:

Muddle fruit and sugar in the bottom of the pitcher.. add brandy and orange juice, continue to muddle. Pour in red wine & Ice, stir and serve!

This recipe is so easy and we have also modified it from the original on occasions for a lighter rose or white sangria, so watch this space for more yummy ideas..

We are very happy to finally have a website for our favourite little bar on wheels, Betsy!

After a few years with our van travelling around the countryside for various events, we felt like it was time for a page which enables you guys to come along for the ride. Being the owners of this caravan, with all the blood sweat and tears it took to refurbish and create, we are proud as punch to show it off to a wider community with the help of this new website.

Not only do we travel from Wagga throughout the Riverina to Weddings, but we'e been known to kick off Christmas party's, Birthdays, Christenings, markets and other events... So hopefully you'll be seeing us around a little more!
