What we do

Betsy's Goodbar is a lovingly restored vintage caravan that we have converted into a mobile bar. You supply your choice of drinks and we take care of the rest.. staff, glasses, ice, set up and clean down. We also offer impeccable table service or bar service.

Currently, we travel throughout the beautiful Riverina NSW and our base is Wagga Wagga. 

As every function varies, so does our price.. for an accurate quote please let us know the location, number of guests, hours of service and the date along with your contact details.

FAQ's

What do we provide?

Betsy's Goodbar provides bar staff, eskies, ice, glassware, a generator if needed and a few decorations to suit the theme including fairy lights, flowers, chairs and a chalk board. 

Do you supply the alcohol?

Betsy doesn't supply the alcohol, thats up to you, we just serve it. 

What drinks can we serve? 

Anything you want! within reason.. the usuals are bottled beer, cider and wine. We can also do up to two cocktails of your choice that we can agree on prior to the date. 

How much alcohol/soft drink will I need to supply?

We have come up with a rough drinks guide and suggestion per person (based on average drinkers):

10 x beers per male (Corona/Carlton Dry/Great Northern Mid etc)

1 x bottle champagne OR wine per female (Prosecco/Champagne/Red/White)

OR 5x cider per female (depending on what you/your guests enjoy)

Cocktails: If we are going to provide cocktails, this will reduce the amount of wine/champagne/cider needed. We generally do two flavours per event, and are happy to work with you and provide your favourites, for example, Mojito Cocktail & Pimms Cocktail.

Soft Drinks/Water: You will need to provide soft drinks and access to drinking water for those guests who are not drinking alcohol.

What happens with glassware?

We hire our glassware from Jaegers Event Hire, we can either do that for your function or use someone else that you would prefer.

Do you serve tap beer?

No, we don't have a beer tap. 

How many staff will you provide?

Staff numbers depend on guest numbers.. its approx 1 staff to 40 guests for standard service. For table service, we will require more staff which will be reflected in the price.

Do you do table service?

Yes! we offer outstanding table service. This however will require more staff and that will be reflected in the price. 

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in Wagga Wagga, but are happy to travel wherever the road takes us.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we do.

How much does it cost to hire Betsy's Goodbar?
